Tejas Management Systems is a long-established provider of Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living Services (TxHmL), operated under contract with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. In service since 1985, we currently have multiple residential and day program sites serving over 100 individuals with disabilities in six South and Central Texas counties.

Tejas Management System has a proven track record

With over 30 years of experience, Tejas is South Texas's most established IDD provider. We have served hundreds of adults and children ranging in age from 2 to 70+. Our experience includes serving persons with visual, hearing or mobility impairments, seizure conditions, psychiatric diagnoses, special dietary needs, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, those who use multiple adaptive aids or who require tube feedings.

Rather than a one size fits all model, Tejas offers a range of individualized age- and cognitively- appropriate day programming options, including development training, supported & competitive employment and opportunities for skills retention, socialization and community integration.
